  • Customer Reach Out

    You'll reach out to us with a renovation, remodel, or interior design inquiry, and we'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with next steps and a few questions about your project.

  • Virtual Consultation

    #

    We'll hop on a Zoom call to get to know you, your space, and make sure that your needs, budget, and timeline align with our services and availability.

    If everything is aligned, we'll coordinate a time to come out to your home and perform a measure. Depending on several factors, we may have the bandwidth to give you a ballpark estimate during this virtual meeting.

  • On-Site Measure

    #

    Our designers will come visit you in person to take a full inventory of your space.

    We'll take note of any important details, jot down measurements, and chat with you about your vision. Our team will take the info gathered and begin working on a tailored design.

  • Design Review

    #

    You’ll meet us at our office in Grandview, OH where we’ll reveal your new layout, design, fixtures and finishes through realistic 3D renderings. Our designers will then guide you through our showroom where you’ll share thoughts on palette options, touch and feel cabinet and tile finishes, and explore lighting and countertops.

    By the end of this meeting, we’ll have started building a collective vision of your space, and you’ll walk away with a new understanding of your preferred materials and aesthetic.

  • Retain Our Services

    #

    That’s right - we only ask you to retain our services after we present our initial design and quote!

    If you love what we have to offer and are excited to work with us on making adjustments to create your home anew, we'll move forward with an initial design fee.

    From here, our journey will be a creative collaboration through which we will guide you to build a final palette.

  • Final Measure and Contracts

    #

    We’ll come back to your home to take final measurements of the space and sign contracts on agreed upon designs, scope, and scale.

  • Construction

    #

    Your space will become a work-in-progress 3-6 months after contracts are signed.

    Our diligent and responsible installers will be in your home making your vision come to life, with your designers and project manager both on-site and behind-the-scenes ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible–even through inevitable hiccups.

  • Completion

    #

    The moment you’ve been waiting for.

    Your home is finished by the dates agreed upon in final contracts or as updated along the way.

    As always, it’ll have been a pleasure to help make your dreams a reality.

  • Just like investments, project timelines vary widely and depend on many factors. When completing a standard project, we generally like to ask our clients to prepare their calendars for about 3-9 months of construction and final touches after signing contracts.

  • The decision to move out during the construction phase of your project is almost always a personal one to be made between you and your family.

    Our general thoughts are that, unless you are doing a large-scale, multi-space or whole-home remodel, you are more than welcome to continue living in your space! Haus’ trusted partners, installers, and designers are accustomed to working with homeowners who choose not to move out, and we will design our construction schedule to be respectful of your family’s time and space.

    Note that there will inevitably be necessary changes to your at-home lifestyle should you decide to remain in your house!

  • Yes! Transparency is one of our core values. We’ll provide you with a full estimate for your project once we’re in contract that includes all of your materials, appliances, labor, painting, etc.
